This is an excerpt from my upcoming feature-film, Sound Spring, which I've been working on for almost 5 years! Sumayah Chappelle, who is acting here, turned out to be such an amazing collaborator, a few years later I asked her to direct some scenes I needed to shoot when I couldn't get to Ohio myself! In this sequence, she is performing Jalyn Roe's interview. This film by the way is all about Yellow Springs, a village in Ohio— eight residents tell stories about its history over hundreds of years.
